four module work readiness training program
At the end of each book
are two workplace scenarios where things go right and things go
wrong. Venues using the books to teach work readiness and customer
service have the option of signing up to have its participants take
DTR Inc.'s online certification tests; or use the scenarios in the
books as read and discuss exercises after teaching the material in
the book, or use the scenarios to create your own tests. If you

demonstrate some specific competencies to be eligible to sit for
certification. This
four module employee training program is ideal to be used in adult

businesses for on-the-job training. The
material is very business-centric with the goal of not only teaching
workplace behaviors and skills, but improving employees' attitudes,
