  • Goals:
    • Name recognition for the business
      • See name of business, know what business is known for
      • Consumers will think of the business even when not looking at, listening to, or viewing an ad
      • Can include a logo that sticks
  • Purposes:
    • To generate sales when people are not viewing ads; in other words when a customer has a need for the product or service you sell, they think of your business as a solution  to their need
    • To be a recommendation (often blind) when someone asks for a product or service you sell
    • So your existing customers will remember you (direct sales and referrals)

    • Help business identify its branding strategy; including an online strategy
  • Service 2: Conduct Online Branding Campaign (can contain some or all of the following services):
    • Writing and distributing press releases
    • Writing and promoting blogs (feeds & widgets)
    • Writing & promoting articles
    • Developing and implementing an Internet radio show
    • Analyzing and making recommendations regarding the branding on the company website
